The delivery time for our products is estimated between 7 to 15 working days, depending on the recipient’s location. This period is counted from the date of payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
We work with trusted courier partners and postal services to deliver our products. The choice of shipping method is determined according to the delivery region and service availability.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email. This code allows you to monitor the delivery status directly on the courier’s or postal service’s website.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- An authorised person must be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
- If the recipient is absent, up to three delivery attempts will be made.
- If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our distribution centre and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Restricted Areas
In areas classified as restricted or high-risk by our courier partners or postal services, delivery times may be extended. In some cases, the order may be made available for collection at the nearest pick-up point.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. Luston is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. In cases where the package is returned due to incorrect information, a new shipping fee will be charged for re-dispatch.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors such as strikes, natural disasters, or local restrictions. In the event of a delay, we will contact you to keep you informed of the situation.
9. Free Shipping Products
We offer free shipping on selected products and special promotions. The free shipping policy will be applied automatically at checkout, according to the conditions of the promotion.
